Yes, the materials cited we’re pretty old as well and I did mention that some of these organizations have changed their communications as well.

Though there is a limited data set, we have to understand that most of these insights come from Qualitative data and not Quantitative data where its more about a deep dive than a majority minority split. In studies like these you’d usually find your findings start to plataeu with trends of similar experiences at 6 or 7 interviews.

What I always say is there is demographics and psychographics which really think about what people do vs their abilities.
